1. ELIGIBILITY: The Cheeses of France “Perfect Dinner for Two” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals 21 years of age or older who are legal U.S. residents residing in one of the following markets: Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, District of Columbia, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Portland, San Francisco and Seattle. Employees, officers and directors of CNIEL/FRANCEAGRIMER (the “Sponsor”), Jaffe and Partners (“Promotion Administrator”), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies or other individuals engaged in the development, production, or distribution of promotion materials (collectively, "Released Parties") and the immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children, and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

2. TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 15, 2011 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2011 (the “Sweepstakes Period”), and consists of nine (9) “Entry Periods,” one for each month the Sweepstakes is open. A new Entry Period will begin on the first day of each month and end on the last day of that month, except for April which will begin on April 15, 2011.

To enter, go to cheesesoffrance.com (“Web site”) and follow the online instructions. As part of the entry, entrants will be asked to list their three favorite cheeses. All requested information fields on the entry form must be completed. Entries must be received by Sponsor by 11:59 PM ET on the last day of an Entry Period to be entered in the Sweepstakes and to be eligible for the random drawing applicable to that Entry Period.  Entries for any given Entry Period will not be entered or otherwise included in any other Entry Period’s drawing.

Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to disqualify any person or e-mail address suspected of submitting fraudulent entries or of tampering with the entry process. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promotion Administrator.

3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Nine (9) random drawings will be conducted, each on or about three days following the close of an Entry Period. Each random drawing will select one winner from among all eligible entries received for the applicable market. If no entries are received from a participating market, no prize will be awarded for that market.

4. PRIZES: Each Prize will consist of dinner for two people at a French restaurant in the winner’s market. Prize will be awarded as a dinner gift certificate ranging in value from $100 to $250 depending on the market. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.

Winners will be notified by phone, e-mail and/or postal mail at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No substitutions for the prize or any of its elements shall apply, except at the election of Sponsor or as may be necessary due to unavailability. In such a case, prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded. Prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Any unclaimed and/or unused portion of prize will be forfeited.

5. GENERAL: Taxes (including, without limitation, federal, state and local taxes) on prizes and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes not specified herein are the sole responsibility of prize recipients. By participating, entrants agree (i) to abide by and be bound by these rules and decisions of Sponsor and Promotion Administrator which shall be final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, the interpretation of these Official Rules; (ii) to release, discharge, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, charges, injuries, liability, losses and/or damages of any kind resulting from or arising out of their participation in this Sweepstakes and/or their acceptance, use or misuse or possession of any prize received including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage; and if chosen as a winner (iii) to the use of his/her name, voice, photograph/video, image and/or likeness in connection with this Sweepstakes including the advertising, publicity and promotion of the Sweepstakes, in any manner, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the Universe, in perpetuity, without compensation (except in Tennessee and where prohibited by law) and without prior approval or inspection, and agrees to provide specific written consent to such use upon request; and (iv) to the announcement of their name, city and state on Sponsor’s website. Released Parties are not responsible and shall not be liable for: (i) electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind, including, without limitation, server malfunction or by any error (human or otherwise) which may occur in the processing of entries; (ii) lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or illegible entries or postage-due mail; or (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or any portion thereof, should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the promotion, and limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entry information becomes property of Sponsor. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Internet entry must be made by the entrant only at the authorized web site address. Entries may not be made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originate at any other Internet web site or e-mail address, including, but not limited to, commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites. Any potential winner who entered by any of the methods described above will be disqualified and an alternate winner (as applicable) will be selected. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered at the time of entry. Potential winner may be required to provide evidence that they are the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with a winning entry. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Sponsor’s decisions in all matters are final and binding.

6. USE OF ENTRY INFORMATION: Personal information submitted on the Sweepstakes entry form will be collected, stored and processed in a database and will be shared with the Promotion Administrator solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes. Such information will not be used for any other purposes than as stated in these rules or as otherwise separately accepted.

7. WINNER LIST: For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by January 31, 2012, to: The Cheeses of France “Perfect Dinner for Two” Sweepstakes Winner List, PMI Station, PO Box 750, Southbury, CT 06488-0750. Winners’ names may also be posted online at the Web site.
